(New At MJFR) With the cutbacks in phy ed programs at our middle schools...the mass marketing and overuse of video games... and the simple fact that our kids are just not getting in enough quality exercise anymore, we knew it was time we had to take a stand and provide an awesome opportunity for parents to get their kids involved in an incredible youth fitness program we call Physical Culture Kids. This new program at MJFR is designed to expose kids to exercise in such a way that they will have fun...learn excellent movement and exercise skills...build confidence and instill in them the importance of exercise for their lifetime! The most incredible gift my dad gave to me was fitness...And I believe it is one of the most important gifts any parent can share with their children as well.
